Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all original packaging, certificates, and tags intact. Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry items are non-returnable. Gift cards and items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales may also be excluded from returns unless otherwise stated.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item shipment.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require additional processing time.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
